Total time 77 minutes.
Good workout. The IM's should be under 2:20! This will be toughest week of this year. Plan to do 9 workouts and take Sat. & Sunday off. Next week concentrate on broken & all out (Hammer Down) sets. After that mini taper and ready for Fort Myers!
