Very tough set. Forgot my new weight belt so used a cement block and seemed harder.

Each set is done on 4 minutes total so in the first set had 30 seconds rest. Second set 1min rest and so on.

THis was supposed to be 10 and then a sprint set was to follow but was totally drained and stopped at 8 x 100. First time in a long time that my weight is down to 216lb.
Total time 69 minutes.
