5/11/10 Tuesday 5/25 May Goal Workout. 68 days to Worlds

Took Monday off for to finish newsletter and also was going to do a "recuperation" workout which I instead did today.

8:00 am LRCC

10 x stationary + sprint + ez set. 53 seconds stationary kick with hands out. Leave @1:00 for 25 sprint workout on streamline and strong kick and 25 ez. 5 back flutter kick & 5 fly, fly kick. The backs on 16 and the fly on 15. Finally starting to feel strong.

5 x 200 back pull @ 3:15 with legs crossed. Working on improving my entry. Making it deeper.

10 x 50 back kick @ 1:10. From the middle of the pool working on the turns and with a full stroke cycle in the pullout.

6 x 25 lung busters @30 EZ21000

10 point 50 set @ 2:00. 0 pts.=36. Did them fly. 32 32 32 for 12 pts. Should have been 35. '

100 ez

65 minutes.

Good workout.
