5/6/10 Thursday: May workout goal: 2/25. 73 Days left for taper/Sweeden

Repeat again in 3 weeks on 5/27

3 (3 x 100) kick zoomers fly @ 2:00 desc. Result: desc the 3 fastest also. 1:32, 26 & 21. Good set but first set was too slow. Next time should do all fast under 1:30

8 x 50 @ 1:15 lung busters 3, 2, 1, 0. Result: made them buying time.

10 x 50 fly @ 1:30 from a dive. Hold 33 or better. Result:
34; 35, 35, 34, 33, 33, 33, 33, 33, 32. Felt much better than the last time I did this set although last time the last 3 were in 32.

10 x 100 swim @ 1:30. 75 free/ 25 fly; 25 fly/75 free. Was going about 1:22. Last one was 1:13. Next time all 1:15-16

Good workout. Still need to increase a notch. Knee still with pain. Also now left wrist but have no idea what I did! But is 100% since I took the 2 shoots of diclofenac and vitamin b.
