The 75 fly's were avg 1:00 but should have been much faster
The IM set was doing 2:10 the first 3 and 2:06 last one and the 50's first three sets in 36. Last set 35, 34, 33.
Ana Ysa had a great workout. The 75's on the second set she worked hard all of them. Also the IM set to do the 100's @ 1:45 with no free and then no rest into 3 x 50@45 was remarkable!
