10 x 50 lung busters @ 1:00. 3 breaths per 50
12 x 50 rooster tail back @ 1:00. 5, 9 & 11 sprints. From the middle of the pool working turns.
6 x 25 lung busters preparation set EZ32100
10 x 50 pull @40 Avg 37+
1 min rest
4 x 100 pull @ 1:20. Avg 1:15
2 min rest
2 x 200 pull @ 2:40. Did 2:30, & 2:30
100 ez
Total time: 62 minutes
Comment from two weeks ago "Did not think I could make it. Felt very tired but was surprise with the times especially in the 100. The 200 wanted to keep them below 2:30. Will try again this worked in 2 weeks."
Was a little hard to do but because was tired. Last nite was the most tired I've been this swimming season. Think I went to bed around 8:30. Totally drained but woke up fresh. Doctor Umberto said yesterday might need surgery in my right need but first to work on strengthening my leg muscles. Gave me pills for pain and worked. Last nite it wss hurting a lot and put ice pack on it and got better.
Saturday and Sunday masters meet.
