Arrive late for the main set which was:
2 (5 x 200) 1& 2 RII 3 RI and 4 & 5 RII
As warm up did 2 and 3. 4 & 5 Free with paddles for hand. 2:34 & 2:30
2 min rest
Second set all back
2:45, 2:45 ez 2:43, 2:40. Very tough set but made it. Swam it with paddles

Total time 35 minutes
