- 12 x 25 lung busters @ 40 (2 br, 1 br, 0 br)

**Notes: Not much to this workout. Still felt sore from sunday's dryland workout. Set of 50's IM was suppose to be 20 x 50, but cut it down to 12 x 50; needed to get out of the water by 7:30am
