10 x 50 lung busters @ 1:15 comprando rest. 4, 3, 2, 1, 1 repeat.

First two sets stroke: 1@ 45; 2 @ 50; 3 @ 55; 4 @ 1:00
Back descend from 38 to 31/ 32. In reality best one was 35 in first set and 34 in second set
Last set free: 1@ 40; 2 @ 45; 3 @ 50; 4 @ 55

Good workout. Need to so IM work and fly but with my hand will continue working on backstroke until feel better.
