- 8 x 150 free pull @ 2:10 (1:57, 1:58, 2:00, 2:01, 2:01, 1:59, 1:58, 1:57)

54 secs stationary flutter kick + 25 sprint with turn + 25 ez

**Notes: Solid workout. Everyone had an excellent pull set. Pushed through the set, even after felling sore from sunday's dryland workout, and thanks to Danilo's motivation. Kick set was outstanding, although should be able to bring fastest 50 down to 42 seconds. Piero had a breakthtough 150 on last of set, going 1:51. Will incorporate new drills in the coming days.
