12 x 50 kick back @ 1:00 no zoomers. First one was 51 then 55. The rest had to to a breakout stroked off the walls to be able to bring them around 52. Last 3 desc 50, 48, 47.

6-10 (1:35, 1:30, 1:25, 1:20, fast) Did: 1:27, 1:24, 1:19, 1:16, 1:12

Total time 55 min.
First workout in several days. Have congested chest and bad cough for the last days but feeling a little better and must get back in the water!
