10 x Kick set. No zoomers. 53 seconds stationary flutter kick with hands above water. 7 sec rest and go into 25 back swim sprint. 25 ez @ 2:00

11 x 100 the following way
1 to 5 @ 1:30. 50 back/50 free. Goal time 1:20 with 0 points system. Ended with -9 seconds
1:30 rest
3 x 100 desc @ 1:45 50 back/50 free. 1:23, 1:19, 1:15
30 sec rest
3 x 100 desc @ 1:$5 50 free/50 back. 1:29, 1:23, 1:13

Total time: 59 minutes

Tough set. Was supposed to be 10 x 100 @ 1:30 holding 1:20. Will try again. Desc were good. Surprised by the time in the last one.
