200 @ 2:50 + 2 x 50 @ 45 (time on 200 = 2:39, Avg on 50's = 39)
200 @ 2:50 + 1 x 50 @ 40 (time on 200 = 2:38, tim on 50 = 39)
200 fast (took additional 10 secs rest before last 200; time = 2:33)
