Thursday 2/4/10 Workout @ Aquaclub (Tomas' workout)

Same as Danilo's workout from yesterday. First workout since monday...

- 400 wu
- 8 x 100 back kick w/zoomers on 1:45, Avg. 1:23
- 50 ez
- Back pull ladder set @ 30 sec per 25
25 (:18), 50 (:39), 75 (:58), 100 (1:19), 75 (:59), 50 (:39), 25 (:18).
- 50 ez
- 10 x 100 pull
1-5 on 1:30. Avg 1:20
6-10 on 1:35. Avg 1:24
- 50 ez
- 2 x sprints @ 2:10 the following way 1:00 stationary kick with hands and chin above water fly without zoomers. 10 seconds rest and sprint 25 back sprint (pushes off the wall were killer)
- 100 ez

**Notes: Great workout. Felt better than expected, after two full days off
