- 10 x 100 IM
1-5 pace @ 1:45, avg. 1:28
6-10 descend @ 2:00 (#1, 1:28; #2, 1:25; #3, 1:23; #4, 1:21; #5, 1:19)
- 50 ez
- 10 x 50 rooster tail back @ 1:1o, #4, #7, #9 sprint
times #4, 0:35; #7, 0:34; #9, 0:33
- 200 cool down

**Notes: felt tired today, but was able to complete the workout. Hope to feel better on thursday.
