- 400 back kick w/zoomers (time = 5:50)
- 12 x 50 @ 1:00 #s 5, 8, 10, 12 all out back kick no zoomers.
In between 50's choice of swim, stroke drills, kick etc etc.
times: #1, 44; #2, 44; #3, 44; #4, 43
- 50 ez
- 10x 50 @ 1:00 lung busters
Odds, no breath 3 strokes before and after turns
Evens, #2, 5 breaths; #4, 4 breaths; #6, 3 breaths; #8, 2 breaths; #10, 1 breath
- 10 x 75 back pull @ 1:30. Descend 1-5 & 6-10
1st set of 5 x 75 (#1, 1:01; #2, 1:00; #3, :59; #4, :58; #5, :57)
2nd set of 5 x 75 (#6, 1:03, #7, 1:01; #8, :59; #9, :58; #10, :56)
- 50 ez
- 4 x 50 @ 1:10 rooster tail back kick. #4 all out, time = 0:33
- 200 ez
